Oladapo Oyebode received a CIHR Project Grant of $283,051 (in collaboration with colleagues in Dalhousie’s Department of Psychiatry) over two years (October 2026 to September 2028) for the research project Exploring Multifactorial Barriers and Resources for Accessing Equitable Mental Health Care Among African Nova Scotians (EMBRACE-ANS). This is a notable cross-faculty partnership between computer science and clinical psychiatry.
