Anthony Rosborough joined hosts Valeska Rebello and Kevin Hong for a discussion about the emerging Right to Repair and its relationship with Canadian competition law. Among other things, they discussed recent amendments to the Competition Act, how Canada’s emerging repair framework compares with approaches in other jurisdictions, practical challenges around enforcement, and some of the wider consumer, economic and social consequences of restrictions on repair.
