About
Dr. Keselj’s general areas of research interest include understanding, exploring, improving, and applying methods for text processing for natural languages and other human-friendly format; and mathematical metods for machine learning and AI in general. A particular target areas of applications have been financial prediction within FinTech, and digital innovation, particularly instances of text-based rapid prototyping tools.
One line of research has been in the authorship attribution area and in a wider area of related stylometric analyses based on character n-gram analysis, and in particular on a simple and effective method known as the CNG method (Common N-gram Analysis), invented by Dr. Keselj and published with the colleagues in 2003.
