Conference Venue

The conference will be held at the Faculty of Computer Science of Dalhousie University.

Registration

The registration desk is open Wednesday–Friday, 8:00–4:30.

Audio-Visual Equipment

The lecture halls are equipped projectors for presentations using a laptop. We will also provide overhead projectors for speakers who use transparencies for their presentations. We expect that all speakers planning to give their talks using a laptop do so using their own laptop.

Network Access

Participants will have wireless network access through the Faculty of Computer Science wireless network. This network is accessible only inside the Computer Science building and is not an open network. Therefore, if you want to have access to this network, please send us the Mac address of your wireless card along with your registration, so we can register your machine with our network.

Participants will also be provided with a guest account in the computer science intranet. This account provides access to the public desktop computers in the Computer Science building. Note that this guest account is shared by all participants. Therefore, you should not store any sensitive information in it. We also reserve the right to erase all data stored in this account at any time after the end of the conference.

This is a map showing all locations in the city relevant to the conference, including the conference venue, places to get coffee, hotels, and the Maritime Museum, where the conference dinner will be held.
