The GVLab conducts research in the areas of Computer Graphics and Visualization.
We focus on both the development of new graphical techniques as well as the application of those techniques, often in
cross-disciplinary areas. Our lab incorporates expertise in areas such as image processing, 3D computer graphics, physically-based rendering
and traditional art. We also collaborate with external researchers in areas such as GIS, bio-informatics, film production and
network security.
But, we are also driven by the interests of our students who are the backbone of our lab.
Feel free to snoop around our website to get a better understanding of what we do. And, if you are interested in joining our
us or collaborating with the GVLab, then please contact sbrooks(at)cs.dal.ca.
